Chez Artizan: The First Chef-Driven, Instagrammable Restaurant in Pondicherry. In October 2022, Chef Kathiron and Ms. Bijayalaxmi Mishra, his better half, joined hands to launch Chez Artizan, the first of its kind in Pondicherry. The restaurant's focus is on healthy, sustainable, and accessible ingredients that elevate comfort food to new heights. Chefs Vinoth and Shankar, who have worked alongside Chef Kathiron for over eight years at IHG and Marriott hotels, joined the team to bring Chez Artizan to life.

Specializing in creative Euro-Asian cuisine, Chez Artizan provides a unique dining experience in a French-inspired neighborhood. The restaurant boasts an open kitchen where guests can watch the chefs prepare their meals with love and care. Great place for a good dinner. I really enjoyed the wild mushroom soup. We also got garlic prawns, BBQ lollipops, Buckwheat noodles and cucumber mint pressed juice. Everything tasted good and fresh. Ended the meal with the Chocolate Pot Creme dessert which was so rich and creamy. Food is so good and would definitely be back to try other dishes. The ambience is good and I really loved their presentation. It is a small place with 4-5 tables. The service is good as well. Currently, they don't accept cards, only Goggle pay. Overall a great experience.

Had been to this place while on my vacation to Pondicherry. They serve really wholesome and soulful food. We had BBQ Chicken Wings, Aglio Olio,Peri peri Chicken, Homemade Chicken Burger and their signature dish Buckwheat noodles ramen. The burger was really fresh and delicious. The showstopper was their Ramen.Loved each ingredients in it and the subtle flavours. And for dessert we had Chocolate Pot de Creme. Yummy 😋 The menu generally caters to healthy foods consisting mainly of garden fresh salads and fruit presses. Loved the friendly vibe and hospitality. Definitely recommended in Pondicherry.

Straight to the point: amazing food. Amongst the best in pondy when it comes to continental and even oriental. The buckwheat ramen is a must try. They make amazing pasta too. The place is run by a really nice guy who was a chef at some of India's most premium hotels and therefore he knows his cuisine really well. Their dessert is also a fantastic. Tried the pot de creme and was mighty impressed with it's gooey chocolate texture.

The best restaurant in the hole of Pondicherry. By far. No questions asked. If you come to Pondicherry you must come and eat here. Every dish on the menu is nothing less than perfect, the flavours still make my mouth water. Incredible!
